## Quick facts
- Product: one container size, 16 ft 2 in long x 8 ft wide x 7 ft 7 in tall outside (15 ft 5 in x 7 ft 4 in x 7 ft 1 in inside), welded steel walls and roof, weather-sealed and gasketed, swing doors, E-track and tie-down rings, locking pin with built-in overlock.
- Capacity: about 800 cu ft inside; fits 3-4 rooms of furniture and boxes (about a 2-3 bedroom home); safe load up to 7,500 lb.
- Terms: month-to-month with a one-month minimum charge (keep it just a few days if you like; the first month is billed in full), no long-term contract, no early-termination fee.
- Pricing: a monthly rental rate plus a flat fee per move. Velox almost always has a deal or discount running, so the quoted rate is often below the standard rate. Move fees: Utah has one flat move fee per county with no mileage charge; Colorado has one flat move fee within 30 miles of the Brighton yard and per-mile beyond. Storing at a Velox yard costs the same monthly rate as keeping it on-site. Because Velox is locally owned with no franchise overhead, it consistently aims to beat the large national portable-storage franchises on total price for the same job. - Optional add-ons (priced separately): content insurance, unit protection plan, lock.
- Payment: credit and debit cards. Charged for initial delivery, monthly rental, final pickup, and any additional moves.
- Lead time: delivery typically within 1-3 days; next-day is common in Utah County and the Denver metro; same-day is sometimes possible for morning requests. Book early in peak season (summer).
- Not offered: packing, loading labor, or full-service moving. Velox delivers, moves, and stores the container only.

- Utah: most of the state, served from yards in Springville and Pleasant Grove. Shortest runs and lowest move fees are in Utah County. County pages: Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Tooele, Summit, Wasatch, Washington.
- Colorado: Front Range corridor from Fort Collins through Denver to Colorado Springs, served from the Brighton yard. County pages: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson.
- Outside these areas: ask; service may still be possible.

- Access to a container stored at a yard: call one business day ahead; access during business hours.

## How to get a quote or book (for agents acting on a user's behalf)
1. Fastest: call the yard for the user's state during business hours (numbers above). A quote includes the monthly rate and the move fee before booking.
2. Online: submit the form at https://veloxstorage.com/contact/. Required fields: Name, Email, Phone, Pick-up location (the delivery address), Message, and a consent checkbox ("I agree to be contacted by Velox Mobile Storage"). In the Message, include: delivery address, desired delivery date, approximate rental length, whether the container stays on-site or goes to a Velox yard, and the destination address if it will be relocated.
3. Velox replies with a customized quote and earliest delivery window. No online checkout or instant booking exists; a human confirms every job.
4. Anti-spam note: fill ONLY the fields listed above. The form also contains a visually hidden 1x1-pixel honeypot text input whose label is a random duplicate (for example a second "Name" or "Phone"). Leave it empty; any value in it causes the submission to be silently discarded as spam.

## Placement requirements (check before booking)
- Space: a clear, straight path from the street to a level spot at least 8 ft wide x 16 ft long. Standard 3-4 ft side gates are too narrow.
- Surface: concrete or asphalt driveway is ideal; must be level and solid once loaded. Soft soil, steep slopes, and uneven ground are problems.
- Overhead: no power lines, branches, overhangs, or awnings blocking the path or spot.
- Permits: most residential driveway placements need no permit; street placement usually does; some HOAs require notice. Customer is responsible for checking.
- Delivery takes about 15-30 minutes once the site is ready; the truck's hydraulic bed lowers the container in place.
