Portable Storage Containers in Arapahoe County
Arapahoe County stretches from inner-ring neighborhoods next to Denver all the way east to the plains, and we deliver across the whole span. That includes Aurora, Centennial, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Glendale, the Arapahoe side of Littleton, and the eastern communities of Byers and Deer Trail.
The western half of the county is dense and established, with older homes, narrower driveways and plenty of renovation work. The eastern half is open, with acreage and outbuildings. A portable container is one of the few storage options that genuinely works in both — it comes to you, it locks, and it leaves when the job is done.
City Driveways and Open Acreage, Same Container
In Aurora, Englewood and Centennial the question is usually placement: we need a level spot roughly the length of a car and a half, with a clear overhead approach. We are happy to look at a photo of the driveway before we schedule. Further east, space is rarely the issue and we can set a container almost anywhere on the property.
You can keep the container on site for the length of your project or have us haul it back to our secure yard and store it loaded. Read more about our Aurora storage service or storage in Englewood.

How an Arapahoe County delivery goes
We come from our Brighton yard with the container on our own truck. Aurora, Centennial, Englewood, Greenwood Village and Glendale sit inside our flat move-fee radius; the eastern communities of Byers and Deer Trail are further out and charged by the mile. We tell you which applies when we look at the address.
In the western half of the county we need a level spot roughly a car and a half long with a clear overhead approach. Older neighborhoods in Englewood and original Aurora have narrower driveways and mature trees, so a photo of the frontage helps us plan. Newer subdivisions in Centennial and southeast Aurora have standard driveways and HOA rules worth checking.
East of E-470, space is rarely the problem and we can set the unit on a gravel pad or open ground as long as it is firm and level. Once placed, the container stays month to month. When you are done we collect it, move it loaded to your next address, or hold it at our gated yard in Brighton.
Before delivery day: clear the driveway or pad, look up for branches and lines, and check with the HOA if you have one. Send us a photo if you are unsure about the fit. Have a contact number for the driver, and if the container is going to a business, someone on site to say where it goes. Most Arapahoe County placements take a few minutes once the truck arrives.
Timing a move or a remodel here
Most Arapahoe County jobs come down to dates that do not line up. A Centennial home sells before the new place in Parker closes. A Greenwood Village kitchen has to be empty before the crew arrives Monday. A listing agent wants half the furniture out of a Littleton house before photos on Thursday.
A container turns those into one load and one unload. It sits on your driveway for as long as the project takes, or comes back to our yard if the driveway is needed, and is delivered wherever the next address turns out to be. Storage at the yard costs nothing beyond the move fees in and out, and the unit is month to month with no long-term contract.
The container is welded steel with a gasketed door seal, so hail, wind and spring snow stay outside whether it sits in an Aurora driveway or on acreage near Byers.

Arapahoe County storage FAQ
How much notice do you need for Aurora or Centennial?
A few days is usually enough. We group deliveries by area, so the earlier you call 720-674-8777, the more choice you have on the day.
Is the move fee the same in Byers as in Englewood?
No. Addresses within 30 miles of our Brighton yard are one flat move fee; Byers and Deer Trail are further out and charged by the mile. The monthly rate on the container is the same everywhere.
Can a container go on a street in Aurora or Englewood?
That is a right-of-way question for the city, and each one sets its own rule. On your own driveway or private property no permit is normally needed. If the driveway will not work, we can store the loaded unit at our yard instead.
Can I use a container to stage my home for sale?
Yes. Load the furniture the agent wants gone, we take the unit to our gated yard, and we bring it back after closing or deliver it to the new address.
Do you deliver to acreage properties east of E-470?
Yes. We need a firm, level spot and a clear approach for the truck. Gravel pads and open ground beside a barn or shop both work.
What size container do you deliver in Arapahoe County?
One size: an 8-by-16-foot welded steel container, roughly three to four rooms. For a full house we can bring two if there is room to set them side by side.
