How a Heber Valley delivery goes
We run US-189 up Provo Canyon from our Utah County yard, so Heber City, Midway and the Jordanelle side are a short mountain run for us. The container comes on our own truck and gets set level where you point — usually a driveway, a gravel pad by the shop, or the edge of a field. We need a clear overhead approach and room to back in, and a photo of the spot is normally enough to confirm.
New subdivisions in Heber and the Jordanelle area have standard driveways and HOA rules worth a quick check. Acreage in Charleston, Daniel and Wallsburg usually has more room than we need.
In winter, the drop spot needs to be plowed and level on delivery day. The container is welded steel with a gasketed door seal, so once it is set, snow and cold stay outside for as long as it sits there.
Before we come up the canyon: pick the spot, make sure nothing hangs over it, and if it is winter have it plowed. Let the builder or the HOA know a container is coming. Have the gate code or a contact number ready for the driver. That is all it takes; most Heber Valley placements are done in a few minutes once the truck is there.
Bridging the gap on a Wasatch County build
The typical Heber Valley job is a timing problem. A build near the Jordanelle runs past its date. A Midway remodel means the house has to be empty before the crew starts. Someone sells in Orem or Provo and the Heber place is not ready.

Can the container sit on my lot during a Jordanelle build?
Yes, if there is a level spot the crew can work around. Many customers keep it on site for access to tools and furniture. If the builder would rather it were not there, we store it at our yard instead.
Will it hold up through a Heber winter?
Yes. The unit is welded steel with a gasketed seal on the doors. Snow and cold stay outside. We just ask that the drop spot be plowed and level when we deliver.
