Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Velox was extremely easy. They dropped off our pods and we filled them up. Once we were ready they came and picked them up, stored them and took great care of our stuff. Once our home was ready, they dropped them off and we found things just as they were when we sent them away. Their customer service was awesome! If they couldn't pick up when I called with questions, they returned my calls same day. I would use them again and would recommend their service. Thank you Velox!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was so incredibly pleased with Trent from Velox Mobile Storage. Moving cargo containers can be really stressful, but his attention to detail completely eased my worries. He did a fantastic job positioning them—they were perfectly aligned and well-spaced. Trent genuinely took the time to ensure he met my exact specifications. I truly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Incredible customer service! They can put your box in just the right spot and make necessary adjustments to make it work better for you. They take good care of you, from the office personnel to the onset delivery. Always quick to respond to questions and concerns. I would definitely use them again in my next move. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Velox quickly moved my shipping container from one property to another. Showed up on time, had the container pulled out and loaded in no time then placed it exactly where I wanted it at the new location. No tilt/drop and hoping it would work. Great job!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These people are great. They were right on time for both out and back in. The driver who delivered the container could not have been more pleasant or polite. The container was in great shape and very very clean. The lady I talked to on the phone was very efficient and demonstrated great care and concern. I will use Velox every time. I highly recommend this company with 5 stars that they earned and well deserve.

What customers mention most

Speed, how easy it is, and the people. Reviews keep coming back to a fast delivery, a driver who set the container exactly where they wanted it, and reaching a real person on the phone instead of a call center.
