We drop the container when you call and pick it up when the phase is done. No call center, no juggling multiple providers. You deal with one local team from delivery to pickup.
What you get
- Welded steel, locked tight. Welded lock assembly with a solid locking pin and built-in overlock. Bring your own padlock or grab one from us.
- Weather-sealed. Gasketed doors keep out rain, snow, dust and pests.
- About 800 cubic feet inside. 8 × 16 ft, with E-track and tie-down rings inside. Fits in about one parking stall.
- Set where a truck can drive. Gravel pads, dirt lots, driveways. The machine places it level; it isn’t dragged into place.
- Heavy loads OK. 7,500 lb limit. Call us first about machinery, tile pallets or concrete.
- On site or at our yard. Between phases, we can pull the loaded container back to our gated yard, with nothing added to the monthly rate.

How it works on a job site
- Call or text the address and the phase. Text a photo of the drop spot if it’s tight.
- We set it where you want it. The truck stays on the road.
- Use it as long as the phase runs. One-month minimum, then pick-up any time. No price jump after month one, and no deposit.
- We move it to the next site, to our yard, or away when you’re done. Rescheduling is a call or text.

How fast can you deliver to a job site?
Next-day is usually possible. Loaded moves get priority, so book empty deliveries a few days ahead when you can.
Can you place it on dirt or gravel?
Yes, as long as it’s firm, level and dry. Tell us about anything soft or hollow underneath, like septic or drain fields.
Can I move it from site to site?
Yes. Each move is a flat fee, and the number of moves is one of the factors in your price.
Do you work with contractors on multiple jobs?
Yes. Call to set up a direct line for your crew. We usually have a few deals running for repeat customers, so ask.

- Ground-level loading, so nobody carries materials up a ramp.
- How it is delivered. Our truck stays on the road and a remote-controlled machine sets the unit anywhere a truck could drive. It needs about one parking stall.
- The weight you plan to load. The limit is 7,500 lb per container, so talk to us first about tile, concrete or machinery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a container sit on gravel or unpaved ground?
In most cases, yes. Containers are built to sit on a reasonably level surface, and gravel, dirt, or unpaved lots are common on active jobsites. Let us know your site conditions ahead of delivery so we can plan placement accordingly.
What’s the weight limit for what I load inside?

Who provides the lock and how secure is it?
The container itself is built for security, but you supply your own lock so you control access. That way only your crew or site supervisor has a key, and you’re not relying on a shared or generic lock across multiple job sites.
How much lead time do you need for delivery?
The more notice the better, especially during busy building seasons. A few days to a week ahead of when you need the container on site gives us the best shot at hitting your exact delivery window.

Yes. We operate a yard in Brighton, Colorado and deliver containers to jobsites throughout the greater Denver metro area, in addition to our Utah service area out of Springville.
