When disaster strikes, we're here.

Real people, real fast, on the Utah line

Restoration doesn’t run on business hours, and neither does secondary damage. Mold starts within a day or two of a water loss. Smoke residue sets deeper every hour. You need contents out of the house and somewhere safe before the drying equipment goes in.

Call our Utah number and you reach the people who dispatch the truck, not a call center three states away. Tell us the address, how many rooms, and when. Next-day is usually possible; same-day happens when the schedule allows. When a water-main break flooded sixteen houses in one Utah neighborhood at once, we had containers at every one of them the same day.

We've Got Your Back When Disaster Hits

What a pack-out container gives you

  • Contents out fast, and out of the way. Your crew packs straight into a container in the driveway. No truck runs to a storage facility, no double-handling of damaged goods.
  • Dry and locked while the claim moves. Welded steel, gasketed doors, 8 × 16 ft, about 800 cubic feet inside each unit. It keeps out rain and snow. It is not climate controlled, so paper, electronics and art should still go to a controlled facility.
  • Room for the job, not a fixed size. One unit for an apartment fire, several for a whole-house water loss. Order what the first day needs and add units as the scope grows.
  • Stays on site, or comes to our yard. If the homeowner needs the driveway back, or the house is unsafe, we move the loaded container to our gated yard in Springville or Pleasant Grove. Storing it there adds nothing to the monthly rate.
  • Heavy contents are fine. Load limit is 7,500 lb per container. Talk to us before loading safes or machinery.

How it works

How a restoration pack-out works

  1. You call or text. Address, rough scope, and when. Unsure where the container should sit? Text a photo of the driveway or street.
  2. We set the container. The truck stays on the street; a machine sets the unit wherever a truck could drive. Placed, not tipped or dragged. Your crew can start loading the same hour.
  3. The claim runs on its own clock. The container stays as long as the job does. One-month minimum, then pick-up whenever you say. The rate doesn’t climb after month one, and there’s no deposit.
  4. Contents come home. We deliver the container back to the restored house, or wherever the homeowner landed, and pick it up empty when they’ve unloaded.

Built for the claim

Built for adjusters, inventory teams and stressed homeowners

Access for documentation. On site, the container is yours to open whenever the inventory team, the cleaning specialist or the adjuster needs it. At our yard, access is by appointment.

One point of contact. The same person who took your call can answer the homeowner’s questions, reschedule a pick-up, or add a second unit. No ticket numbers.

Predictable numbers for the file. Pricing depends on how many containers, how long, how many moves, and distance from our nearest yard. You get the number before you book.

Jobs we see

The jobs we see most in Utah

Water losses. Burst pipes and supply-line failures in winter, basement flooding in spring. Furniture, documents and belongings need to be out before drying starts. This is the most common pack-out we run.

Fire and smoke. Contents often sit for weeks while cleaning, testing and replace-or-restore decisions happen. A container on site, or held at our yard, means the homeowner isn’t paying for a facility across town.

Mold remediation. Everything in the affected rooms comes out and stays out until clearance. A sealed container keeps contents separate from the work area.

Storm and wind. When damage hits a whole street, several crews need containers on the same day. We’ve done it.

Remodels that turn into restorations. A kitchen tear-out that finds water damage behind the cabinets. The same container that was holding the appliances holds the pack-out.

Flexible when the claim isn’t. Coverage disputes, extra damage found behind a wall, a homeowner who changes plans: rescheduling is a call or text, and it’s fine unless the truck is already on its way.
