Portable Storage Containers in Vineyard, Utah
Vineyard is new. Almost everything is brand-new homes, townhomes and HOA neighborhoods, with people moving in and out constantly. We’re doing a Vineyard move about every week or two.
Vineyard used to share Orem’s ZIP codes. As it grew, it got its own: 84059, in 2018. You’ll still see “Orem” on some Vineyard addresses.
Not sure the container will fit at your place? Try it in 3D with our driveway fit tool: drag the 16 ft container around a sample driveway, RV pad, curb or parking stall.
Who calls us from Vineyard
- Families moving in. This year we moved loaded containers into Vineyard from Orem twice.
- Families moving out. Vineyard families moved with us to Highland, Mapleton and Millcreek.
- People between houses. A young city means a lot of people waiting on a builder.
Restoration and remodel jobs are rare here because the homes are so new.
When the new house isn’t ready
Recently a Vineyard family was in a tight spot. Their house had closed, but the home they were building wasn’t finished. We took their containers to our yard and kept them there until the new house was done, then delivered them. He told us he was grateful he didn’t have to rent a moving truck twice and load everything into a storage unit in between.
Delivering in Vineyard
- Townhomes and HOAs. Most Vineyard placements are on a short driveway or in a spot your HOA or property manager points to. Check your HOA’s time limit before delivery day.
- On the street, with the doors facing the driveway opening, when the driveway’s too small.
- Apartments. We coordinate with the property manager and whoever is meeting the driver.
- Mornings work best on busy Vineyard streets. Early delivery means fewer parked cars.
The container, and what a Vineyard quote depends on
8 × 16 feet, about 800 cubic feet of space inside (15 ft 5 in long, 7 ft 4 in wide and 7 ft 1 in tall), rated to 7,500 lb, roughly a two- to three-bedroom home and about one parking stall. Steel, sealed doors, not climate controlled. Vineyard is inside our flat Utah County rate. The quote depends on containers, months, moves and add-ons. No deposit, one-month minimum billed monthly, same rate every month, and storing at our yard adds nothing to the monthly rate. More on what fits in a container.
